Stuck on "snowy night murder" Quest

[BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD]

As the title above states, i can not progress what so ever, i made sure to talk with everyone at least 5 times checked every corner of every building and tried to take any and all items that i could, nothing happens, i am still on the "Queustion everyone to get clues about the murder" stage

the only logical assuumtion i have is that i got a bug, has anyone had the same issue?

Thank you for the reply, unfortunately that is the first thing i checked and it did not help.

I might create a new save and try to speedrun to that point to see if its a bug or a softlock of sorts.

Some character need to spoken multiple times. After you've done that just become detective conan summing up the story.

It happened to me until I got more clues about the "snoring", that will unlock more conversations

I wish it had some log who'll save what NPC said to us because I won't be able to remember everything
