Military food stolen quest

How do i advance the quest ?
I talked to the general and investigate then talked to the guard need the granary.
But i have no clues what to do next, i tried walking around all the armory and interacting with guard to no results.

I just finished the quest after walking around as well, and this is what I did.

1. Talk to General
2. Talk to Granary Guard
3. Look at Southern Fence beside the ballista - behind Yang Yao (guard named NPC)
4. Look at Southern Boxes, just below the Guard

If going near the boxes does not trigger dialogue, go near the catapults first.

just go out of the camp and go back run around the fence
