Night Patrol in the city Quest Stuck

Catch the thiefs who appear near the Ding family between midnight and 2am.

I've been praying at the statue until midnight (picture of the moon and two sections on the clock (2 am I think).

The Ding family is to the left of the statue but there is no one there to stop.

There are guards, there's those 3 dudes connected to the mansion and a dog. Anyone else know how to complete this? 2 of my quests on the board are this same quest so I'm only getting 1 quest a day.

This guy's correct. If I'm not mistaken that's the noble family in Chuxiang City, and yeah, the thieves are between the two(?) carts/carriages right outside the gates.

The thief is spawned near to the outer wall of the Ding's manor. The guards and dogs will not be able to detect the spawned in thief and he'll be crouching and idling until you click on him. This is applicable to all other "suspicious dudes" quest between midnight and 2am.

The time on the clock need to be "Zi Shi" i think. Not "Hai Shi"

Thanks for the information especially the zi shi which seems to be 3 am on the clock in my mind rather than 2 am (you know two slices rather than 3).
