If you are into wuxia with focus on building a sect (guild), give Amazing Cultivation Simulator a try.
Path of Wuxia
Tale of Wuxia
Path of Wuxia
(these are different games, and I'd recommend you start with Tale of Wuxia as it generally better)
Tale of Immortal is good but its not Wuxia its Xianxia.
The difference:
Wuxia = martial arts, just people being people, location setting usually some kind of version of fictional or historic variation of China. No fancy gods/demons stuffs until very late. No cultivation, just training (in some games called cultivation but thats not really the same as Xianxia's cultivation, its just training).
Generally stories of this setting tend to be wholesome, even if sometimes(on certain routes) getting a bit dark close to lategame.
XIanxia = all about cultivation & being big immortal jerk, cultivation realms, gods demons dragons magic etc, location setting is various celestial realms.
Most stories in this setting are literally the biography of an average douchebag bully, but with immortal powers.
Wandering Sword
Tale of Wuxia (NOT PRESEQUEL)
Path of Wuxia
Ho Tu Lo Shu
Scroll of Taiwu
Matchless KungFu (bit barebones here so take care)
Also the guy who recommended ACS, it's not wuxia and not an rpg.
I've seen other suggestions here and I had at least looked at some of those on their steam page, but which ones of those are actually translated in English? Also, which ones are not action based? If it's RTwP, it's still acceptable, but turn-based combat would be preferable.
My impression is that, with the aforementioned restrictions, basically there's this game and Wandering Sword, correct?
'Tales of Hongyuan'
to the list.
Honorable mention for the Sword and Fairy series - I think the last one is in English but with action combat, while the early ones are turn based but in Chinese.
Number 6 should be in english and might have some form of hybrid ATB combat, but I honestly don't remember.
Tale of Wuxia: The Pre-Sequel and Ho Tu Lo Shu both are available in English (the latter via Workshop mod). Both translations are machine based but I had no problem understanding and finishing both games.
Both these games also use Turn Based combat.
