Xiao Hua guessing game translation

So I just played the little mini game of riddles I think? Im not even sure what i was doing to be honest, because the translation is just AWFUL. Please, if any of the developers or translators or anyone with good english and chinese knowledge reads this, could you please explain what the heck that little girl is supposed to be asking that was lost in translation?

I'm bilingual and not a part of the translation team. I have never played the English version but it's just not possible to translate the riddles, because the original riddles are to guess the Chinese character. Unless, they create new riddles for every language, which is not quite possible.

It's a couplet game. As in they're saying words that sound like other words, or words that use characters that match other characters. You literally cannot translate it into English properly unfortunately because it is a facet of the language being used.

The equivalent in English would be someone saying "Donkey", someone else replying "Young" because donkey ended in Y, then the first person responding "Gorilla" because young ends in G.

Oh I see, thank you for the information, I guess its just a guessing game for me then. Do you guys know if this same format is repeated in other areas of the game?
