Legendary Fist Weapons?

I saw in a guide the Linlang Temple was suppose to have one in the shelves behind the master, requiring you to get to 100 relations with the Temple master. Got 100 relations, looted the shelves....no Legendary Fist weapon.

Is guide outdated? Where can one find Legendary Fist Weapon?

It was never a weapon, it was a book that gave +15 Fist (stat)

You can get plenty of Legendary Fist Weapons now. You can blueprints for them and get them from fighting/killing Boss enemies that use Legendary Fist (Shifa Temple Abbot, Duke Kang, etc)

For Fists what is main stat?

Fist. The external stat is the most important.
The scaling stats are less important but out of the currently known Legendary Fists Skills, about half of them use Str. Then Con and Dex.
The 5 Attributes don't matter as much since you will find plenty of Skills that use each stat. And Attack is more important to your damage than the scaling.

Where can you find Blue Prints? I got the drops off of the leaders, but struggle busing on finding Blue Prints. Really want Blue Print to take advantage of the + Weapon Stat Bonus from the new Workshop, where you can get up to 20% extra of the Attack from having people slotted into the Workshop.

The Stat buff from the Workshop applies to All weapons, not just crafted ones. Granted crafted ones are stronger in general at Level 5 Craft Weapon.

You have to join Langya to get Blue and Epic recipes.
You can get a Legendary Fist Recipe (Nine Yang) in the same place as the Rooster Ring, Wuxian Mountain past the West Pass/Gate
Go to the cliff with 20 Rope, 1 Ax and 1 Shovel.
