best way to get cash in early stage is, as far as i know, go mine at langya sect, you can mine the ores and sell them at auction, it takes only a while to be able to mine the orange ones, and sell for 49 guan each.

No, it requires high reputation (or fighting your way throught) if you aren't a member and defended by level 15 scorpions, level 30 boars and optionally unique level 45 monkey if you want to reach the deepest part.

what I usually do is break the tree by the well in the nameless village to get the thunderwood. you can sell this at the auction, this used to be easier to do but now you need more fame. if you have a strong character, doing the first two arenas at daliang city is good, as is the underground arena, plus the heroes tournament and the dojo tournament. fighting the young master in chuxiang gives you 5k, it's easy enough to get rep back with him. getting the chest in the lost forest, killing the bandit camp there should also give you some cash.

if you do all those early game tournaments, maybe invite the storyteller from crossroads for fame buff, you should easily be able to get 4+ fame and be able to farm langya, and probably get to lvl 35 for soul destroyer forest if you have enough xp bonus.

Wait, THATS where you can get thunderwood? It is needed for a healer quest.

Actually the easiest way to get money is to go to dialing city and collect all the silver scraps you can find.
Then you go to the pawnshop and EXCHANGE (not sell!) them for money, each of them being worth 750 gold.

And then you go to the casino and play with the 5k lady in the middle, place everything on 1 number and savescum and use mp to get most of the dice on that number.
Load if it fails, and if it succeds you leave the menu, save, and do it again until she has no money left.
