Any way to level Tool Crafting to higher?(to craft Imperial Seal)

I'm trying to level up my Tool Crafting skill because I want to craft the Imperial Seal. But it needs lvl 5 and I'm stuck at lvl 1. Crafting lvl 1 items is a pain as I have to frequently visit the homestead or the forest next to Nameless Village just to obtain Camphor Wood in which I only get one or two during each woodcutting visit. Any faster ways to lvl Tool Crafting up?

There's a guy in bailing mountain, an area unlocked through the beast manor storyline, who teaches 1800 Tool Crafting experience. He'll only take epic+ blades as gifts.

Scrolls for all crafts can be bought at skybreaker tower, once you hit level 60 and clear wind and cloud arena. Each scroll gives 1800 xp and refreshes daily
