Im having a problem. Every time i open the game the home resets every building.

I've seen people mentioning this issue but have never experienced it myself, not sure the reasons behind it.
Is it something to do with how data is stored and peoples computer setup?

You may have edited something in your save files.

Homestead information is stored in %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\Wulin\Steam Number\Global\SaveObjectGameGlobal.Save

This particular file also stores your 1) external/internal skills in the steles, 2) legendary items in the treasury, 3) homestead building levels, 4) stored maximum transferable skills, such as mining or appraisal, 5) recipes and blueprints learned from the current and previous runs, among many other information.

Meaning, if your Homestead is reset, all the above are gone.

1) You can either accept the fate, launch the game one more time, and save any of your loaded game one time. Don't touch the save files any more and you'll be fine.

2) Use
this mod[www.nexusmods.com] to restore everything. This will automatically upgrade all your buildings, obtain all legendary skills and items, all transferable skills (except accessory appraisal), and all recipes.

I didnt edited save files. Im not even using any mod at the moment :/ . And yes, i lost all the skills saved in the stelles, and the equipment in the treasury. Fortunatelly the recipes are still there

I think it indeed could be a problem related to data storage. The day the problem occurred my PC was updating

I am not using any mods and this happened. PC was updating.
