I want a build and something that can make this archive easy, I've missed it many times.

If you don't mind starting over, Joining the Old Man Sect at the start of the game is the easiest. With as many Legendary Traits as you can pick.
Use his Epic and Legendary Skills, Learn the 2 Legendary Inners (Nine Province, and Omni-Potent Demon Sealing), Grab Vairocana Solar Sutra from Shifa Temple.
Get his Unique Legendary Armor from winning the Heaven Tier Tournament in Daliang.
Grab Seal of the Sky Accessory from Yan Yun Palace Camp (Join Ye Family Battalion or Yan Yun Iron Army)

Together you will only take about 15% Damage with the Guaranteed Parry.
Then you can add in Passive Tree, First Node of the Mountain path, Resilent which lowers damage taken by your Con.
So you will only take about 10-15% Damage Depending if you have Omnipotent Inner active, on top of the damage reduction from having High External Stats.

Then you can choose your weapon. You can get Legendary Swords from Langya Sword Pavillion. Trade with the Leader and Craft Ganjian yourself, Follow Ye Family Battalion questline to get Slip Stream spear Manual and Weapon.
You can also get Pear Blossom Spear in Wolf Valley, recruit Yang Yao Er in Chuxiang Armory, then grab Pear Blossom Manual from Nameless Village's Abandoned Shrine. This will allow you to apply Seal. With the Passive Tree Yin, you can stunlock most enemies (Shifa Temple Monk Exlcuded).

Then you should pick up an Ultimate Move. I recommend Seven Buddha Punishment Word from Shifa. You can get it the same time as Vairocana Solar Sutra, by reading Rank B book Sanskirt Dictionary and all 5 Rank A books.
You can kill or Sneak(Left side with 300 Qinggong at night) into the Shifa Temple, take all the books, then sneak into the Disciple room (Banish the Monk guarding the room) and read them all.

Then you can round out your build with more Legendary Inners or Externals for the stats. Like Prayer Manual from Linlang Temple, or Infinity Origin Move From Taoist Sect.

Take Passive Tree Wind - Windwalker to get a free turn of healing after you attack if you have Nine Provinces equipped.

With these you should be able to Eliminate every Sect in the game without much issue even after Day 150.
All of these at once will be overkill unless you are on nightmare.

There are other builds like the Speed/Throwing Build or Infinity Reflect Build, but the Tank build described above is the easiest to achieve without much planning.
And if not, just raise your level to about 80+ and you will beat them without issue.

When doing OldMan quests, there was a time where he went to Confucius Sect, after completing the quest, where did the sect master go?

Are you asking about the Old Man, or the Confucius Sect Leader?

The Old Man wants you to go to the Fountain of Youth, or the Ice Prison in Lin'an to continue his story. The Old Man will join your party after the Ice Prison questline if you have room in your party and you get the good outcome.

There is a bug with the Confucius Sect during the Old Man quest line. If you skip the cutscenes, the Confucius Sect Leader may disappear forever.

Legendary manuals that are easy to get without joining sect
Sky flower move . Win all money from the casino in the capital owner challenges you to play. If you win he gives you this sutra.
Beating the chess game in the temple in nameless area awards a legendary sutra. This sutra resurecta you after death with 25% health and removes all debuff. If you build a proper character this sutra alone is enough to beat the game
You need the vairocana sutra from shifa temple to finish the game the main reason you cannot win the fights with the bosses is internal injuries/seals/ bleeding. This sutra makes you immune . You only specifically need this one if you are trying to beat all 5 leaders in a row for martial peak achiement.
Keep in mind during fights you can chage the sutra u r using by spending a turn.
There are 4 orange swird skills in the game which is y i usually prefer swords. But you need to join sects to get them. You can get 2 from the swird sect, 1 from Taoist temple and 1 in confucian temple if you curr that guy's guarding the library sister
If you go with the master as a disciple it might be harder to finish the game. Cause in that route you need to be able to duel lou matou and beat him. In all other routes you can just prevent him from escaping and attack him when he is bound if you have the wind tree as u should, you should be able to just hit him and get out of range. With loner treat lou matou gives 60 k exp per sparing session. Make sure you get to level 100 before day 4 by sparing him as often as you can. If you save the orange foods you get from the confucian temple puzzle and the one you trade from the disciple ibn sword sect with lu matou he will teach you arch demon blade after u beat him in a rock paper scissors minigame 10 times in a row. And if you are not a disciple he will teach you an orange inner sutra of the sect you are in which you normally cannot learn. If you are part of the heaven will sect he will teach you his iwn inner style instead after you free him.
