Now whether Blade or Fist is better?
Blade has slightly more Top-End Damage with Peerless Blade (250% dmg) however suffers from a lack of good legendary Manuals. Your 2nd best manual is Savage Primal Blade with 50% damage.
Fist is very close to Blade damage with roughly 242% Damage when min-maxed on 5Ext, 4 Int. Furthermore it has 2 extremely solid Damage Dealers in Vairocana & Sky Destroyer. Then there is also Dragon King Palm which is usable but lacks damage versus endgame opponents.
Both can fully clear the game on the highest Freemode settings. My guide also features both including many more builds.

However, I'd recommend Fist over Blade if you choose not to take Perfect Adaptation for Xuanyuan. Nine Yang is strictly superior to Kunwu.
Furthermore, Fist can completely ignore the "Unarmed" Status.
A huge thanks for your guide, man. It helped me sharpen my Zither build and prepare for the next run. For a hardcore player, there is no better guide in English on this site.
Appreciate it!
Spring and Autumn Fan(NO.1 damage for no doubt) , Peerless Blade, Nameless Sword,Illusion Sword,Laughing at the world(with its sister manual) ,etc.
