How to raise weapon stats from 0

As the title says, i want to teach Mu Zaixing (the blind spearman) a sword move to later merge with a spear one and create a stronger spear move.
But i can't seem find any way to raise its sword stat from 0, everyting i have that raises it requires at least level 5 sword.
Is there a green sword manual that i can find/buy, and if so, where?

Teach him one of the Old Man's Martial Arts that gives all 6 external types.
Or have Zaixing equip a sword that has the +x Sword stat.

Only the MC is able to learn every external type naturally. Everyone else is restricted to their original external type unless you work around it using the above.

♥♥♥♥, I didnt join the Old Man Sect, so i guess the sword is the only choice.
Do you happen to know what sword gives that stat? I dont have any.

If you didn't join the Old Man, you have 1 chance to get a manual that gives you +10 in a specific external stat. If you buy the Nameless Manual from the Beggar in Lin'an City, you can randomly get any Blue tier Internal. One of them is called Sword Mastery and gives +10 Sword. You can only get the Nameless Manual once though.

As for weapons, only Legendary tier weapons give the stat. The swords you can get are:

• Nine Phoenix (From legendary Auction or recruiting/killing the Langya Sword Pavilion Leader),
  
• Granite Dragon (From Liao Yuelong's personal/recruitment quest in the South East region).
  
• If you join Langya Sword Pavilion, you can:
  
  • Buy the recipe for The Giant from the sect store and craft it,
    
  • Complete the sect's quest-line to get the Hidden Light (left box in the storage).
