How to get Infinity Manual ?

Is there a way to reduce MP to 1 forcibly ? I need the infinity manual, but it requires 1 MP. I can't have 1MP even with forgetting all Internal Manual, but if I get punished by being kicked out of Taoist sect, I get 1 MP, but I can't return to Infinity Cave without being a member. Any idea about that ?

The only requirement to get the manual is to have 1 int. The Low MP requirement is for learning the skill. You didn't get the manual is probably due to you having more than 1 int.
