u mean to learn archdemon soul eating skill? u need to have -100 benevolence and 60+ friend when giving him the vairocana solar sutra and don't learn the sutra. after that he will battle you. after you win, he will give u the archdemon

other way to learn vairocana sutra is join shifa temple and win against golden guys final form, you can get access to the tower, take all books here and read all of it (take lots of time), after that you will learn, also achieve super move and steam achievement (and strong trait for next run)

how do i access the tower i already gift the guy for 100 and still I cant get it?

If you don't join Shifa Temple, they won't let you into the Scripture Tower. You can still walk to the side of the tower to get the option to jump in. Once inside, there will be time periods where the guards are asleep and you can talk the scriptures on that floor without getting caught. Repeat for all 3 floors.
Or you could just fight your way in. Shifa Temple will hate you afterwards, but you can mediate at Linlang Temple.

For Wanyan Liang's Archdemon Soul Eater Skill, you need to get the Vairocana Solar Sutra Internal Manual, not just the untranslated book. So you need to get both the Rank B book Sanskrit Dictionary on the 2nd floor and the Vairocana Sutra (Sanskrit) on the 3rd floor and read them in order.
You can read the books in the Disciple Room (Room left of the entrance) if you lure the guard away or talk to him and use the Banish Option (He will move away if you are strong enough, otherwise you will have to fight)
