I was taking the imperial test and I got a question that was just totally blank. I was at a loss for how to answer, tried looking it up but it doesn't seem like anyone has gotten this question. Is this a bug?

Yes, it was a bug. happened to me not too long ago just restart and open your save file again to take that test
