How do you get this cultivation method from Feng Xuanji?

I followed the guide, but I seem to miss the part where I side with Holy Flame Sect

before going to ox treasury-holy flame sect route, u need to finish related event to her. deliver letter from innkeeper to her, chat with her midnight 4x, investigate cave in cold skin gang, rescue changan inn innkeeper, deliver letter to her from envoy with white hair in south west region, deliver the hairpin to envoy with white hair. after that there is a quest promise from her where u need to be vice leader. after u become vice leader talk to her to get the manual

You'll have to side with the Holy Flame Sect in the Chang'an Inn.

Complete the Holy Flame Sect quests, include capturing Zhi Tian.

Talk to Feng Xuanji, and make sure you promise her to become the deputy sect leader.

After the treasure ox quest, get yourself promoted to deputy sect leader. Talk to Feng Xuanji to get the skill.

How do you trigger the quest to capture Zi Tian?

in changan inn help the bald envoy, visit holy flame sect, talk to the leader and other envoy(man). go to world map and visit exclamation mark

If I side with the baldie and kill the one-eyed guy, how can I enter Cold Skin Gang HQ after capturing Zi Tian?

The easy way - just kill them to enter, if you just want to explore the cave.

The slightly harder way - wait until Zhi Shi (midnight), He Denuo will exit the premise, talk to him and raise the affinity, which will get you to be in the positive with the gang. You should skill have positive relationship with them even after killing all the guards.

You'll be sent there as part of the next quest after capturing Zi Tian. The sect leader will tell you to deliver the ransom note for Zi Tian.
Just don't do Baldie's quest right away, do it after delivering the letter.
As long as you don't do the baldie's quest to kill some Cold Skin gang members, you will be allowed to enter until you deliver the letter.

After that point you can fight your way in if you want, as you won't need to enter their HQ after that quest, or follow what Funky Weirdo said about He Denuo.

i do deliver letter(after capture zi tian, this enable u to go inside area, because bribe and fame can't go inside) and cure cold skin gang(go right from entrance) from overdose.
