Reseting Achievements
I tried following a tutorial on how to clear achievements both on in game saves and via SAM
I followed a guide from 2023 but that seems to no longer work. Is there any way to clean my copy of achievements and start fresh?

You will want to turn off your Steam Cloud for this.
Go into this game's save directory. Its at: `\Users\pcName\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\Wulin`

Go to the numbered folder (Something like 76561198141873000)
Inside that is a file called Global which store all your global stuff, like achievements, Lore entries, homestead, etc.

Remove the file called SaveObjectAchievementGlobal.save to clear out your achievements. Make a backup to be safe.
When you boot up the game, the game will ask if you want to restore a backup. Make sure to say no.

I just tried, and it doesn't work. The save file is always recovered somehow even I choose "do not".

However, also deleting those global files in WulinBackup makes it work.
