Clothing Change after joining faction/sect

Hello,

After joining a faction or sect your character changes his clothes to reflect the allegiance. How do i change them to something else, is it possible? I did google quite a lot to find an answer this question but I don't see this piece of furniture that allows you to change outfits in the homestead/court yard that some people are talking about.

I only see:
Treasury
Pharmacy
Steele
hot spring
back of mountain

After entering them I checked to see if i find something that resembles this object but nothing. Unless you unlock a house further into the game that i am unaware of, or its not possible.
Any help would be appreciated.

You don't even have every building in your homestead unlocked lol. There's 2 more for you to unlock, the Workshop and the Main House.
The clothes rack is next to your bed in the left side of the Main House.

When/how do i unlock these 2 buildings?

You click on them like literally every other building in the homestead. They are there by default.

I think i see the problem, i haven't updated the game(I have an older version than the current 3.0+) so i think i am on a version that doesn't have that feature in. I am updating the game now, see if its there after I update it. Thank you for your patience
