waterfall pond meditation

Why is it that I save-scum a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TWENTY TIMES and still not get the inner demon?? Is there a limit to how many times I encounter the inner demon? Hell, I've only encountered the masked assassin ONCE after the last 3 times I encountered the inner demon.

This is really pissing me off.

Just leave it for another day. It will reset the RNG of the game and you can get a better chance to encounter the inner demon.

Honestly I wouldn't bother unless your doing a completionist run for manuals. It only gives a legendary knife manual and it kinda sucks. All the other short manuals are better.

Get perfect adaption. Do a confusius run. Spare the tomb raider sect leader and do only do the steles challenge after you learned the confusius specific ice prison internal for two really good manuals.

Beat the breaks off duke qi in either Yi family battalion or yan army run for a great brush internal.

Bribe the yan fan prick with a specific painting from the auction for a adequate fan manual.

Lastly wait to do gambling hall quest until after getting the seal from the juuili tribe for a mediocre knife manual and your legendary short manuals should be set.

I say all this because the waterfall event took me like 40 days

How are you supposed to meditate under the waterfall? My character won't even get close to the edge of the water. Do you just manually meditate anywhere in the area?

Go to the right side of the screen, near the waterfall. Then click on the edge, and your character will meditate under the waterfall.

You need to be around level 40 or more to meditate under the waterfall.

I figured it out. I started a new character and went almost straight there which was my problem. You have to increase the character's courage stat high enough first. Level doesn't seem to matter.
