Ding Fengbo Glitch - Jiujang Fortress Sect Mission

I was doing a Sect Run, where I would go sect to sect, complete all of it's content, and try to accumulate as many companions, status, and achievements I could. While I was running through Jiujang, however, I ran into an obstacle.

I had gotten the Wine God Mission, where I was asked to go persuade the Wine God Store in Lin'an to hire the Fortress, meanwhile I had been running Ding Haitang's Companion Mission on the side. Once I left the Fortress, I got her letter, asking for me to return during Xu Shi, so I ignored it for a bit, went to persuade the Wine God Store, then returned at Xu Shi to find her poisoned. I was framed and asked to heal her within 10 Days or I'd be blamed. I didn't have enough Medical so I loaded out and went to train my Medical before starting the timer.

Eventually I got 150 Medical, and 100 Toxicology just in case, went in, cured her, accused Zhuge, killed him, saved the day, and took the W. Only one problem.

After all the trouble, I went to Ding Fengbo to turn in the Wine God Quest, and what did he have to say? "As long as you don't lose face for our water camp, you don't have to worry about causing trouble in the Wine God Tower, the government won't interfere with our affairs". This guy still thinks I haven't done the quest. I even went back to the store owner, but there was no prompt to talk to him. I had already persuaded him nearly 200 Days ago before I trained my Medical and Toxicology.

I can't complete all the Sect Quests like this, can't even get Ding Haitang's Bond, the least I can do is take whatever Sect Contributions I have, buy some manuals, and run along. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or should I just leave the sect and revisit in a later run? Thoughts please.

A list of things I have attempted out of desperation
- Killing the Wine God Store Owner to give Fengbo a different reaction
- Killing Fengbo and reloading to reset the quest results
- Exiting the game and reopening
- Reloading the save before completing Haitang's quest
- Killing Fengbo AGAIN
- Leaving the Sect then reloading
- Completing Commissions in hopes it will trigger something in the other quest
- Killing everyone in the sect
- NOT killing everyone in the sect
- Gambling

Conclusion:
Thanks to FunkyWeirdo, it worked and I proceed uninhibited. I leave this sect once more, sucking the marrow from their bones and will now proceed to the next.

To complete the business quest, you are supposed to get 10 gold bullion from the store owner, then surrender the same amount back to Ding Fengbo. Check and see if you still have 10 gold bullion or you have somehow used it elsewhere.
