Is there a way to delete all hard-saved progress, such as carried over learned skills etc?

Deleting the global file will reset everything, including lore, achievements, maxed skills, homestead, and even recipes.

Thanks. Do you know where the global file is located? I think my game bugged with Yan Gexing losing his Damaged Meridian trait without going to the Fountain of Youth. Coupled with a few other things, I hope to have a fresh restart. It feels dumb perhaps, but starting completely fresh (but with insights on what to do) gives a different experience.

Then click on the folder with the string of numbers -> global

For achievements, delete the SaveObjectAchievementGlobal.save

For lore, delete the SaveObjectIllustratedHandbook.save

For skills, homestead, recipes, delete the SaveObjectGameGlobal.save

Ah, thank you very much for the info. I think deleting achievements will mess with my Steam achievements so I decided against that. Glad to know I can separate between deleting achievements and everything else.
