I have no idea either, was hoping somebody would know. Aside from some nameless grunts in the hallways, the cold skin gang (who i sided with) didn't even show up here like the leader said he would. I did do the fight at the end but nothing happened after that. I could loot the boxes but I have no idea how to advance the quest here or how to read the tablet

I did read it, there will be treasures only no more quest. You need max level of the reading/identifying skill, level it up by identifying nameless stuffs bought from the token shop.
