ICE PRISON Practicing enhanced my MP is there ant drawbacks?

After releasing my Master's Brother Master, i went back ice prison
And click icy bed then start "Absorb the cold air ..."
This gives me +50 MP permanently
I already increase MP +300 then start worrying it is too easy ...

Nah no drawbacks, make sure to talk with him enough times to show all 3 scenes, give him enough food for max relations, get the rock paper scissors manual and the dragon key under the ice blocks and you can meditate all the way.

There's no downsides, though you can only end up performing the ice bed meditation so many times before you've mastered it and are rewarded with something else.

You can keep sleeping there for 1 shichen and it makes u lose 10hp but gain 15mp. With one of my music characters I grinded this until I had 1hp and barely finished my run with sleep stunning 😭
