Is Emperor seal the Strongest Accessory?

I spend much time to make Emperor Seal because I think it is strongest, someone change my mind pls

1 seal in tower (auto get, story), 1 in Yan camp (in table), 1 behind statue in Jiulia Sects (take it will trigger story, 1 girl appear and u will get the blueprint)

Oh those are seal of the people, sky and heaven? Gotcha, I think I lost two of them already, ironically due to cute ladies involved ( Seal of the People for marrying the Royal Princess, and Seal of the Sky because a cute girl asked for it...
