Xiao Bao wants a wooden sword, can i craft it myself? or do i have to find it?
Also where's to find the cattail fan of the village head?

Collect 5 wood and craft the wood sword at the smithy, and the cattail fan is behind the cow by the farmers house. You'll need to start a battle which is to the right of the cultivate button at the bottom of your screen and then of course kill the cow, there are no negative affects for killing it so you should be good.

you don't need to kill the cow, just click on it and click in banish for it to move.
And you can also get the wooden sword by trading

you can also trade for it with the woodcutter if you have enough relationship points

Thank you all, i never craft, banish, change to stealth/battle and even meditate since i don't know what is it for. I just run around, take quest and battle

You can use stealth to go around hostile NPC-s, there are also learneable stealth only skills such as steal, poison, ambush etc. Meditation is used to quickly advance time while restoring mana and health, I think you also get some xp for manual you are studying. You meditatte by holding down the button (I wondered how it's used for a while before accidentally activating it). Combat button is used to initiate combat mode. You can use it to destroy some obstacles or attack neutral npc-s
