Efficient learner - what are the effects?

I have unlocked this a trait. I am not sure what it does. Does it increase the martial skill gain from skill manuals? I.e. Sword/ fist, etc skill. Or all bonus from manuals (incl internal manuals) for hp, mp, defense, etc?

It increases the bonus to your weapon skills gained from learned manuals. For example, if it would normally give 12 sword skill while maxed out, it instead gives 24.

Thank you, much appreciate this. Hmm, this will make trying to get the 200 weapon skill achievement a LOT easier.

yes, all you need to do is take that trait, do the old man's sect and learn all the skills.
