How to get Home Base?
I'm at the first town Chuxiang City and wondering how I can get the home base going?
I have no quests no clues for it yet.

You should receive a pigeon mail upon reaching reputation lv4, informing you that the Glittering Artifact House is accessible. Go there to trigger an event and that will lead to the home base unlock.
