Marriage Stones
How many are there and is there a limit on how many you can marry? TIA

The stones used to be limited. But now you can get infinite amount of them from the auction house.

The limit of marriage is the number of possible mates, which is 18 in V1.0. There are a few more female "bondable" characters that are already in game, but still not implemented. Meaning, it's likely more than 18 in the subsequent versions.

Sorry could you please explain how to get married? i seems cannot find clue how to in game, where the location etc. i try search discussion its seems error not showing any result

1. find a suitable female
2. try to please her buy doing things for her and/or give her presents she likes till she likes you for 100%
3. there is a place where you can force her to marry you, the place will be unlocked by an event you will bump into
4. go to this place with only her in your team, she will be surprised when arrived there and may refuse, but too late, you tell her the stone says she already promised marriage in the previous life, and all you need to do is to pray to the stone
5. then you do the stone lottery, but of course you cheat by saving the game first and try as many times as needed, so in the end the stone says you both had an agreement in previous life
6. she agrees to marry you, and sometimes ask you to be faithful
7. kick her our of the team and send her to your home to be a home slave, go find next female ..

Go to the White Cloud Temple during day time with at least one female character with 100 affinity to unlock the quest.

Yes, they have a slim chance of spawning the Wedding Stone. You may want to save scum to get it.

Besides, not all female characters need the Wedding Stone for marriage.

Unless I'm just missing something, I think I locked myself out of being able to marry anyone. I went and got the quest and Jiang Ziyan was the person who it "matched" me with with in the temple, but she's already a "Sworn brother" or whatever it's called. So when I enter the shrine, nothing ever pops up for me after I talk to the two newlyweds. Yes I have not only her, but other women at 100% and I have 6 marriage stones.

Thats all irrelevant. The Shrine is a different location altogether. Since you saw the scene with the old couple, you've unlocked the location. Leave the city and you'll see a new God Of Marriage Shrine location to the west.
It doesn't matter if who you saw the scene with, that changes nothing.

Being sworn siblings also doesn't matter. Bonding is a separate mechanic.

When I mentioned I entered the shrine, I'm talking about the new location where you actually go to get married. I spoke to the newlyweds that explain marriage and even after leaving and coming back to the new location, I can't get anything to happen.

Sorry for miss-interpreting your comment then.

Are you going there with just your girl? You can't have anyone else in your party. Just you and the person you're trying to bond with.
Also, not every girl bonds there either. Ziyan is one of the ones who does, but if you want to bond with someone like Yi Zhihua, you have to do her quest/event to bond with her.
You also need to leave the area after seeing the intro scene with the couple.
