Where can I find Latha Zhang / La Tazhang?

I just spoke with him in the Taoist Sect about stargazering in cloud shrouded cliff but now I cannot find him there or in the sect.

Can anyone help me find him?

He is at the shrouded cliff in the Wunyan (I hope I spelled that right...) region. Just wait there until midnight and a scene will play.
