Where to find second linzhi?

Been reading that there are 2 in the starting forest? I only saw the one that triggers the event fighting the boar - where is the other? Thank you!

before the entrance to the red boar that you can recruit, right before the group of boars is a log that has the linzhi on it.

In the last area, yes, just before the entrance to the "boss" area. The one where a lot of boars & honey sacks on the trees. Lingzhi is in lower right corner under a log. I didn't notice it as well 1st playtrough.
