ye battalion quest help

i need to recruit kong yidao, the blue wind camp leader, to the army. he didnt agree when i asked initially and now my quest log says to find his acquaintances. but i dunno who they are! do i just keep doing his quests or are there specific people i have to talk to?

nevermind, figured out he served in the yang army with liu shiba, ill leave this up for anyone who searches this question

Thanks for the info. I tried bringing Yang Yao'er to him after hearing him talk about that army but forgot that Liu Shiba also talked about serving in it during his wine quest.
