Are there legendary/Epic food recipes?

Wuxian fish (legendary) says it can be cooked. But I can't find any recipes.

There is one from Shifa Temple, just follow the quest of the monk in the kitchen.

How do you follow that quest? Do you have to be part of that faction?

Yes, you will need to join Shifa temple and to get max affinity with the monk.

You'll also want to acquire it as soon as possible because events can cause you to lose out on the opportunity to get it from him.
