Melody House - Sect Relation Stuck

I have finished the melody quest line while helping them (and marrying the Miao Cadie).
Because some "troubles" , their relation dropped in the progress of doing it.
I have now befriended and bonded all the 3 girls form the melody house, but my sec relation is stuck at 56 and I can't see to increase it further. Is there any way do increase their relation?
Need to do the request for the legendary skill that requires honored...

Try crouch next to the npc and drop your relation and gift them again to gain it back. Gifting npc raise sect/faction relation meter.

I tried this and didn't work, there is a soft-lock of the game or something that prevents me from gaining relationship point with the sect, it caps at 52 for me

This will not work as gifting will only regain the exact points you've lost by crouching in front of them.

It seems to me that if you have helped neither in the deserted courtyard, there is a possibility that you will not get the relationship up to 100, thus, losing out on the legendary skill from Fu Yaoqin. Currently, there is no repeatable quests by Melody House, you are pretty much stuck at 52.

Thank you for the clarification, it indeed only help you to regain the loss point, can't progress any further. Not even cheat engine can resolve this relation point, I take it as a loss now

It's probably not enough to get you all the way to 80 from 56, but if you have enough Fame and enough Propriety and Righteousness, you can scrounge for yourself some last-minute points by chatting up the generic green-named girls.

TECHNICALLY, you can abuse this with ambushes: murder all the green-named but generic ones (it shouldn't lower relations if you do it in ambush), wait for them to respawn and go say hi to everyone again for a trickle of faction reputation.

Or you might as well just use a trainer.

Chatting with them gain a very small point, but still when it hit the cap (game soft-lock or something IDK) it stops giving me point. Do you know any trainer may come in handy?

Are you sure? Because I just ran a test and got from 84 to 89 just by ambushing and chatting with the two guards at the entrance of Melody House.
The other disciples didn't modify Faction Reputation - it's probably something to do with their own Fame level, but the guards should work.

Yes, there is a trainer but no, I'm not going to take the responsibility to point you to a specific untrusted .exe file - it should be in the first results of a google search, anyway.

My relationship with Melody House is at 52 now, but I still have a quest from Fu Yaoqin to find Chu KuangSheng. Will I have enough points to request when I finish that quest ?

I sacrificed maybe -26 relation points because of getting Miao Caidie, -20 for resetting the front guards by killing them, and another -6 probably when going back and forth using fight.

So I need 28 more to reach 80 , I tried talking to the npc members of Melody House but it doesnt seem to increase further, still 52. Will Chu KuangSheng quest give enough 28 relation points ?

Thx for the offer, what does it do though ? I have CE table file that can give item based on item ID by changing item id from an item being hovered by mouse.

But I'm curious because someone said to me that homestead is a separate savefile. So you must be referring to that ?
So what if I play a new playthrough, do all companions I put in homestead still there or reset ?

That's a lot more convenient than what I have to offer. My file[www.nexusmods.com] is the Homestead file, which allows you to obtain the skills from the Stele and the equipment from the Treasury. It's less cheat-y. Meaning, you will still have to work on your own until you have access to the Homestead.

Yes, Homestead is a separate save file.

It's a new game, so they will be reset, and you will have to go through their quests to invite them into your party/Homestead.

In case anyone else has the same issue, this helped farm Melody House reputation for me.

Kept ambushing the two guards right next to the map entrance, meditating, and chatting with them when they respawned for reputation. Gets about 4-6 reputation each time, and repeated until had enough to request the legendary manual. Seems like only those two will work, as others in the sect didn't increase reputation after respawning.

Doing this drained my Benevolence to negatives, so just keep in mind you'll have to farm that back afterward if you care.

Yeah, this is what I did and it worked 100%. Didn't even need the manual because I use the Zither, but it's nice to have.
