Stargazing and Enlightenment achievement need help

Is there hidden requirement to trigger Stargazing and Enlightenment achievement? After cloud shrouded cliff cut scene I been going to star observatory every night still no achievement pop up.

Think it takes five nights, and there is a small cut scene every time

Something missing I never get any cut scene. I wonder if mediate to speed up time had anything to do with it or I need to go farther in sect story line.

Try beating the tower first

Found the issue. My level was too low so it didn't trigger nine faction sect event that give me access to star chaser pavilion. The achievement won't trigger until I cleared the star formation in the tower.
