How to find Thousand years frozen ice?
or Where the thousand years frozen ice is?
I need this to craft a legendary sword

Auction, save before start the auction. If it does not have, just load save and do it again until you saw it in the list

The Night Demon Auction to be specific. The one unlocked via rumor in the Diliang Inn and is open every night.

you can also get it during the fight with luo Matou when he tries to break free. if you break the ice blocks in his prison ice cubes might drop as random drops
also there is a key hidden in the cube on the right of the entrance

You can also just enter battle mode manually in the Ice prison and break the ice. Luo won't bother you unless you hit him or make him mad.
The only issue with the Ice Prison is that crafting the Legendary Sword is part of the Langya Sword Pavillion Quest and you can't unlock it.
