What affects Stealth?

I don't see a skill for increasing Stealthiness. How do you reduce visibility lines? Trying to sneak up to steal, but some NPCs have visibility cones BEHIND themselves.

Nothing, the vision is static.
The ones with awareness behind them are strong npcs like sect leaders. The old man mediator in Linlan Temple's awareness covers his whole room.

You can buy an Invisibility Cloak from the Nest of Swallows Store (5000 Sect Points) that stops NPCs from noticing you at night.

For other NPCs, you can walk in and out of their vision to lure them over. Then if you stop sneaking you can walk behind, sneak and then Steal/Immobilize them.

You can also get the Immobilize Skill from the Crime Investigation Bureau to freeze NPCs, which disables their vision cone. Then you can Immobilize a whole room and steal without ever being spotted. Immobilize uses the same vision as stealing though.
