how to get into Crime investigation bureau?
I first followed lang's sword and I'm in there, got quest to do a spar with a guy in crime investigation bureau and they never let me in. my fame level is 8

I tried to sneak in but as soon as I'm in there vision range while sneak, they tell me to go away

...Then don't enter vision range? You can literally just walk behind them without entering their vision.
