other then when i have a quest that has a time limit do i need to worry about time

There is no time limit in current version. However, the NPCs become more powerful as time passes.

There are few quests have limited completion time, and it’s better to complete the quest within the time range and keep a save for the second chance.

time limit are normal, the starting quest itself gives you 10hrs limit(gametime) for getting food and another 2 days limit on your return to ruin temple...

NPCs will only level up to a certain amount based on their strength, your basic bandits and mobs will never end up at lvl 100. Most of the strongest enemies already start at like like 80+, so them gaining more levels usually isn't that bad.
