Physique - meaning
Could somebody explain to me what Physique does exactly? I don't think the english translation in game does a good job of explaining it.

Basically, it increases your Max HP, but doesn't give you HP to go with it, so you start the battle way below your Max HP cap (this both lets you heal large amounts without capping and protects you against Max-reducing effects like in Fire element). It also serves as a substitute to regular Cultivation when breaking through tiers. You can breakthrough when either your Cultivation or Physique reach the required number, but Physique doesn't affect your speed the way Cultivation does, so it doesn't replace it entirely.

Ok I got it now, I think. If you could only clarify this bit, please?

What is speed?

Speed in terms of who goes first when playing cards. Usually it's the player with higher cultivation that goes first. It's a 50/50 coin toss if the cultivation of both is the same. Speed itself is an additional stat you can get from certain traits or gardener cards, which gets added on top of cultivation only for determining who goes first. if someone has speed, their cultivation looks something like 56 (+6).

So physique can be used to rank up, but it doesn't replace cultivation for determining who goes first.

Thanks a lot, both of you.
