Bug with Five elements heavenly marrow rythm?

Hi, how come five elements heavenly marrow rythm doesn't trigger on the cards that come after echo formation?

I have wood spirit active thanks to Wu Xingzhi's mark of five elements, and it works fine on wood formation and wood spirit fragnant, so I literally dont get it
