my problem with starting the game

After starting the game I only see a black screen but the game music plays. I don't know what affects it or whether it's my fault or my computer's fault or not. Restarting the computer and reinstalling the game does not help with the game. Does anyone know what I can do about it?

Before someone tells me to wait I inform them that I have 45 minutes of this game spent waiting for something to happen
