Last cards for the Black Gold, Impressive Industry & Advanced Automation packs won't drop :(

I spent like 3 hours just card pulling and it won't drop. Any help or is this a bug?

I have everything from Black Gold & Advanced Automation, but am still missing 1 from the Impressive Industry pack and spend like 10k credits on it.

I have the following for Black Gold:
Factory Parts
Fossil (possibly the one you are missing; it dropped only ONCE for me; put it on the lab for a powerful enemy to spawn)
Grain
Gravel
Iron Bar
Lumber
Metal Scraps
Oil
Trash
Water
Wind Turbine
Worker

I have the following for Impressive Industry (just in case we are missing different things):
1 undiscovered Card
Cat 2000
Cement
Copper Bar
Electric Motor

Metal Scraps

Storage Container

I have the following for Advanced Automation:

Thanks for replying! It seems like it is a bug with items I have discovered and not being registered (ex. Electricity pylon) and some are missing (Fossil and we are missing the same thing)

Finally got the last card from the "Impressive Industry" pack. It was Dog 2000.
