On random days, crashed UFOs can be found by the same event, that triggers disasters and weather. If you search the UFO with a worker, you MIGHT find an alien, which acts as a free worker from then on. I am on moon 242 and only got one alien so far, so it is EXTREMELY rare. I maybe had 10 UFOs in total - if that.
