Where do I find the 'road builder'?

I heard that the free update was here, the road builder (which I desperately needed something like this from a long long time ago, thank God it's here!) How do I find it? Like, do I have to buy packs or does it require something special to find idea about it?

4 bricks + 1 Builder is for the road builder. the villagers are for the common/filter crossroads

they auto place some cards to automate some things, you wanna click on the default button on the top of your screen and click the road tab
