Breed a cow?

Am i missing something? I can not find a way to breed a cow.
It's a quest in "The world of Death".

[remedy]

its weird they didnt tell you how to do it but you unlock breeding on the Island I believe (2 magic dust and animal pen btw)
then put 2 cows in and wait like 120 seconds
hope it helped and i think they forgot to add that blueprint in the world of death
