Anyone Having Trouble Using Mods With DLC?

I've downloaded and installed mods manually from Nexus Mods, including BepInEx, and it worked fine before.

Now that I have the DLC, the mods don't work. I've checked the manual installations and they seem fine, and have downloaded the two mods I want through the workshop as well.

There is a mod option tab on the main screen and I can't disable the mods, but right now they should be enabled. I restarted the game and started a new run, but the mods still aren't running (one is card zones, and the other makes the grid expand more).

Anyone else running into this issue? Any work-arounds?
