What do the sparkle animations on some cards mean?

I've noticed sometimes cards will have sparkles on them. I thought at first it was letting me know a coin was coming, but I just got them on an iron ore card.

Rather than being worth 3g, the sparkly Iron Ore will be worth 15g. Def worth selling unless you're hard up.

If they are resource cards, use once (tree) or twice (berry bush, apple tree) and then stop harvesting before they are used up, then you get a bit of resource AND the cash boost. (Similar to selling leftover fruit salad/stew/etc)

I did get a shiny coin card once, wasn't worth any extra which was a little disappointing. Also shiny rocks are still worth 0 because it's based on a multiplier and normal rocks are worth 0.
