Ideas not spawning

For some reason, in my playthrough I got stuck on 24/31 ideas. The ones missing are "cooked meat", "stove" and the five later food recipes. I stopped getting ideas from any card packs, and the tomes supply only duplicates, repeatedly.

Have you tried putting raw meat to a campfire?

If recalled right, if the recipe is crafted, the idea is revealed.

Does the packs still states, ' X ideas remaining '.

Made fried meat, built stove, no 'ideas remaining' indicator in sight.

If the pack doesn't states ' Ideas Remaining ' then, it wouldn't drop idea cards.
Idea counter is stuck 24/31, after
crafting the missing cooked meat, and stove,
no increment?

Can't see what you see, just imagining, perhaps really a bug ' in your ' game, or user fault somewhere.
Verify integrity of Steam library/Stacklands/properties/local/gamedata.
Maybe backup your current game, do a quick run on a new game, and push to see if those missing recipes appear.
