Missing Plank Idea

I've spent literally thousands of coins trying to get the last Idea I need, being plank, I've made them by hand and by the sawmill and the game will not trigger that I have it... Everywhere I've looked online said you get it from the Logic or Order deck bundle.

Any thoughts? I've closed and relaunched the game but other then starting a new run I'm at a loss..
