Is there a way to regularly produce raw meat?

not really, milk and eggs form animal farms. you can get meat from chickens bet i find it takes to long and getting omlets is better.

you can get 2 markets easy and spam it with 5 coin stuff and then buy cusein packs.

Chickens, spawn eggs, egg+chicken is more chicken. If you have a certain amount, you can start a chicken farm for meat. But you get a lot of other nonsense from it as well.

You'll find all 4 animals there (Rabbit, Chicken, Cow and Wolf), plenty of vegetables and lots of soil drops.
One game, my herd of cows would increase by 2 per day. I had lots of milk and meat to spare during that time, but not a lot of storage.
